The challenge: 

London estate agent KFH wanted a magazine to showcase itself as the foremost expert in citywide property matters, the capital, its people and its places. 

The solution: 

In a market saturated by property listings magazines we had to stand out – so we spearheaded a unique editorial concept that challenged every property-title convention and was a design-led celebration of surprising and engaging tales of the city.


The results: 

Since launch, print run increased by 50%. Property features were syndicated by the Evening Standard. It was voted one of the top media brands of 2010 by Marketing magazine. It won six CMA Awards and two BSME Awards.
